Who we support

Guiding people who:

  • Are moving on from supported accommodation, hostels, or care.
  • Are at risk of homelessness or housing insecurity.
  • Have low income or receive benefits (e.g. Universal Credit).
  • Struggle to rent due to lack of credit history, references, or confidence.

We mostly support people referred through local housing teams, but if you’re unsure, get in touch – we may still be able to guide you to the right place.

What We Offer

Secure, supported housing

We lease and manage shared houses and flats across Suffolk, offering safe, affordable homes. Our team oversees HMO licensing and works with owners to maintain quality and resolve issues.

Pre-tenancy training course

Our Ready, Steady, Rent course builds the practical skills and confidence needed to manage a home, from budgeting to understanding your rights and responsibilities.

Ongoing tenancy support

After move-in, we offer continued support through coaching, check-ins, and advice – helping you manage challenges and stay securely housed for the long term.

How To Get Help

Step 1: Get referred

Speak to your support worker, housing officer, or keyworker. We accept referrals from local councils, care providers, and housing support services.

Step 2: Assessment & planning

We’ll review your needs, housing goals, and any support requirements. If suitable, we’ll match you with available housing and invite you to join Ready, Steady, Rent.

Step 3: Move in & get support

Once training is complete and housing is arranged, we’ll help you move in and continue offering guidance as you settle into your new home.
