We’re proud to share the latest updates from The Stone Foundation and the progress being made across Suffolk to support people moving on from homelessness. Every development reflects the strength of our partnerships and the commitment of those working to create safe, stable housing opportunities.
Over recent months, we’ve continued to secure affordable homes for individuals leaving supported accommodation, while delivering our Ready, Steady, Rent training to help people build the skills and confidence needed to manage a tenancy independently. Alongside this, our team has provided ongoing support to ensure tenants can settle in and sustain their homes long term.
None of this work happens in isolation. By working closely with local councils, support providers, landlords, and community partners, we’re able to respond to individual needs and remove barriers to independent living. These collaborations allow us to offer not just housing, but practical guidance, reassurance, and consistency during a critical transition period.
As demand for housing support continues, our focus remains on providing homes that are safe, affordable, and appropriate, while empowering people to move forward with dignity and confidence. Each step forward represents real change in someone’s life.
We’re grateful to everyone who supports our work — from partners and fundraisers to donors and landlords — and we’ll continue to share updates as we grow our impact across the county.
