Founded in 2015, The Stone Foundation is a Suffolk-based registered charity (No. 1162893) providing supported housing and tenancy skills training for vulnerable individuals. We work in partnership with support providers to offer safe, secure homes and life-changing training and coaching.

Our Vision

A future where everyone has access to safe, supported housing – and the opportunity to live independently with dignity and confidence.

Our Mission

To provide suitable accommodation and empowering tenancy support for individuals facing:

  • Mental health challenges
  • Learning disabilities
  • Addiction
  • Societal disadvantages

We help build the skills and resilience needed to move forward.

What we do

We’re committed to supporting individuals who need a helping hand. We partner with councils, housing associations, third sector organisations and private landlords.

We provide full landlord responsibilities including HMO property management services. We currently manage 13 shared houses and nine move-on flats across Suffolk.
We don’t just help people find a place to live – we help them keep it.

Through our partnerships and our unique tenancy training programme we empower individuals to manage their homes confidently and independently, our Ready Steady Rent programme offers experiential learning and ongoing coaching to help people maintain their homes and thrive. We also deliver coaching to build tenancy skills.

Our goal is to help people live independently with confidence and dignity and to empower individuals to break cycles of homelessness.
